All disputes related to or arising from offers from The Message in a Bottle, or agreements entered into with it, will be submitted to the competent court in the judicial district of Hasselt.
If the functioning or validity of one or more of the above provisions of these General Terms and Conditions is compromised, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions of this agreement. In such a case, we have the right to amend the relevant provision into a valid provision of similar scope.
