Roberto Sarotto

Roberto Sarotto is a renowned wine estate in the heart of Piedmont, in north-western Italy.
The origins of the family business date back to the late 18th century, when Giuseppe Sarotto settled in Barbaresco.
Initially, the estate focused on agriculture and limited winemaking for local consumption.
In the 19th century, Giacomo Sarotto began producing his own wine, leading to a period of strong growth.
For a long time, the focus was on Dolcetto, intended for simple wines and bulk sales.
Under the leadership of Roberto Sarotto, the vision shifted decisively towards quality and terroir expression.
Today, powerful and refined wines are produced from varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera, Cortese, and Arneis.
The estate enjoys international recognition for its elegant Barbaresco and characterful wines from Piedmont.
